The edibles section...
Basically Basil Herbal vinegars, made here in Fairbanks. These flavors are outrageously good, if not better than that.
Aspen Chocolates Preferred fine chocolate truffles and turtles made in Aspen Colorado.
The wine section, of some finer wines...
This section will be expanded to a separate page or website, to inform people of some useful knowledge about some seeming mysteries of wine.
There are no mysteries. There is just a lack of knowledge held by the person perceiving a mystery. The knowledge is usually readily available. More knowledge results in more enjoyment of that which creates the knowledge, and that into which the knowledge advances. Humans are of their mind. Its utility and resulting enjoyment are vastly beyond their current recognition by humans.
Like other adventures, wine is a learning experience which holds more knowledge than first perceived. And it is a pleasant experience in several regards. It can complement outdoor adventure, or substitute for it, at the choice of the adventurer.
The web slave has synthesized certain knowledge as a common person enjoying wine, retaining a common person's perspective of the ongoing American wine fad. The web slave's recommendations are entirely objective since no one in the wine industry is going to pay attention to some obscure individual with an obscure website and too little wherewithall to effect any noticeable result.
Because the tongue's taste buds and neural routing of the resulting data are so complex, affected by diverse other data relating to the gradient of acquired and progressively changing taste perceptions, the perception of a good wine identifies a proximity to any particular wine maker's same perception.
The controlling concept is the chance similarity of a wine maker's and wine drinker's perceptions of a good wine.
Therefore, if you like a particular wine, and prefer to drink good wine, rather than only continue the adventure of wines you have not yet tasted, find the name of the wine maker, and purchase more of his or her wines. You will therefore have a higher percentage of good wine, in comparison to most other systems.
Of course if you like a particular wine, after a second bottle, and wish to optimize the experience, buy as many cases of that exact wine as you can afford, and drink it with food similar to your first two bottles.
Wines for your consideration...
Tefft Cellars A fine, medium bodied Washington wine worth the effort to acquire. Distinctive label that nicely graces any occasion or setting.
Lamborn Family Vineyards Just do not buy so much that the web servant cannot get any, or it gets priced beyond the web servant's friends who share their wine with him. A basically luscious wine. Napa California.
Downing Family Vineyards You will enjoy these wines at first sight, and their wonderful flavor. The eloquent labels, which you may enjoy presenting in the wine rack if you can resist serving the wine too often, identify gentlemen and gentlewomen adventurers. Napa California.
Magito wine A uniquely crafted wine that emboldens a meal at the opening toast, then opens in the glass, in harmony with the meal, to finish with a prelude flavor for desert. Magic. The mystery of the complexity in such wine crafting is explained elsewhere. The bold label is easily spotted at your wine source, if you do not buy it online by the case. Sonoma California.
